Andrew & I would like to share with you our beautiful British Bulldogs. We are a small but very dedicated kennel located on the south-side of Brisbane Queensland, half-way between the city and the Gold Coast. We have 2 children, Teighlor aged 15 and Brooke aged 12, who absolutely love these guys as much as we do. We have been involved with this breed for only a short time (7 years), but we are totally hooked. From the moment we got our first Bulldog - Keg - we new our lives would never be the same. Keg came to live with us when our Cattle dog "Doohan" passed away suddenly at 11 years old. Keg was a sweet wee thing and I was encouraged by her breeder to have a go at showing her. Being a novice in the show world, I was so delighted to find that the other people exhibiting there Bullies were only too happy to help me stumble my way through. Once I got the hang of it I was hooked. I soon had my first Australian Champion. During the way we met Paul & Jennifer Brennan (Fullbren British Bulldogs) and we all have become great friends. A couple of their beautiful dogs made their way into our hearts and now live with us. Teighlor & I enjoy showing these lovely guys and I couldn't imagine our lives without them. Our Bulldogs are our pets and are allowed to have free run of our property and only housed at night in their kennels. (Which are 5 star - (thank-you Andrew)). They all have there own little personlities and all are often found lying on the verandah of our Old Queenslander home on the bay. We only breed a couple of times a year, as we believe that soundness (No 1 priority), type and temprement is paramount. We look at bloodlines extensively and research backgrounds of any breeding prospect for all of these qualities. Our bloodlines (Fullbren) are sourced nationally and internationally to ensure that we contribute to a healthy gene pool. Doohandawg puppies are sold after their 6 week health check and then can go to their new homes at 9-10 weeks of age. They have their vaccinations (up to date),wormed (intestinal & heart), registered with the CCCQ, and microchiped prior to leaving. We can organise shipping interstate and overseas.
